About Tin-Lok Shea
Tin-Lok Shea practises primarily in taxation and in commercial and corporate law, and has advised on a number of mergers and acquisitions, including for Japanese listed companies.
Born in Hong Kong, Tin-Lok Shea spent his childhood in Japan before coming to Australia in 1990. He graduated from the University of New South Wales in 2008 and was admitted as a lawyer in 2009. In addition, he has over eight years of experience in the tax practices of professional services firms, including as an Account Director at Deloitte Tax Services, advising on complex and high-profile transactions involving multinationals and governments.
He is also a current Executive Committee Member of the NSW branch of the Asian Australian Lawyers Association, and is fluent in English and Japanese.
